  • 酵母4g
  • 牛奶165g
  • 全蛋液30g
  • 黄油25g
  • 细砂糖35g
  • 香葱2根
  • 沙拉酱2匙
  • 咸味蛋液少许

Steps to make 香葱肉松吐司

  • 1.把材料的牛奶、蛋液和盐 细砂糖先放入搅拌桶
  • 2.再倒入高低粉和酵母启动搅揉至扩展
  • 3.加入软化的黄油继续搅揉至出膜,并进入发酵。一发完成后拿出排气
  • 4.擀成大片涂抹上适量的沙拉酱并洒上肉松和香葱,然后卷起来
  • 5.密合封口后留住一头对中切开卷成麻花型
  • 6.头尾对接密合放入吐司盒中,继续发酵
  • 7.发酵至8分满在表面刷上咸蛋液,然后洒点肉松和葱碎
  • 8.烤箱提前预热180度,上下火底层烤制42分钟。【温度与时间请根据自己烤箱特性做出适当的调整】
  • 9.出炉口侧放冷却即可
  • 10.非常好吃的咸味香葱吐司就好了
