    Steps to make 葫芦干

    • 1.选鲜嫩的葫芦。(这个是朋友家种的)
    • 2.削去皮,切掉蒂。
    • 3.切成0.5厘米厚的圆片。(太厚晒不干,太薄晒好像纸一样,吃起来没有韧性)
    • 4.摊在筛子上晾一会儿。
    • 5.太阳下暴晒。(这几天的太阳,从早到晚就够了)
    • 6.收拢来,准备下一关。
    • 7.把收拢的葫芦片放在蒸架上蒸40分钟至一小时。(老妈喜欢烧饭的时候,直接搁在蒸架上顺手就给蒸了)
    • 8.蒸好后要焖一焖,看起来熟透了又不黏不烂视为最佳。
    • 9.再次暴晒,一天就干透了,这样就算成功了。
