南瓜慕斯蛋糕

  • 南瓜糖水300g
  • 柠檬汁15g

Steps to make 南瓜慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.慕斯馅料的8片吉利丁先用冰水泡软
  • 2.鲜奶油隔冰水打发
  • 3.打发的鲜奶油隔冰水先备用
  • 4.南瓜蒸熟后取480g的南瓜压成泥
  • 5.南瓜泥加入鲜奶,糖拌匀加热至锅边冒小泡,加入吉利丁搅拌至融化,隔冰水降温
  • 6.把放冷的南瓜泥加入打发的鲜奶油里拌匀
  • 7.350g水,放入南瓜片,加入糖,煮至南瓜熟
  • 8.蛋糕铺一层
  • 9.奶油馅料铺一层,再铺上蛋糕
  • 10.上面再铺是奶油馅,放入冰箱冷藏2小时
  • 11.再上上南瓜片
  • 12.煮南瓜的水,放15g的柠檬汁,煮开放入5片泡软的吉利丁搅拌放冷放一些柠檬皮倒入蛋糕放入冰箱冷藏4小时就可以享用了
