Steps to make 越南春卷

  • 1.虾仁去虾线用料酒腌腌制一会
  • 2.锅里放点水和姜片放入虾仁绰熟,捞出沥干水分后,我把虾仁一剖二,其实最好能多准备几个,我的少了
  • 3.鸡蛋打散放入平底锅摊成蛋皮切丝
  • 4.香肠切丝
  • 5.新鲜薄荷叶用纯净水冲洗沥干水分
  • 6.生菜也用纯干净冲洗干净后取几片叶子
  • 7.准备好的食材
  • 8.网购的越南春卷皮
  • 9.取一张春卷皮后,放入温水中烫软
  • 10.把准备好的食材每样都放点在春卷皮上
  • 11.慢慢卷起来
  • 12.一切为二装盘
  • 13.配酱我就用了泰式甜辣酱,也可以调蘸酱:鱼露、柠檬汁、辣椒、生抽
  • 14.越南春卷完成
