  • 牛板筋50g

  • 韩式拌饭酱2匙
  • 雪碧3匙

Steps to make 韩式拌饭

  • 1.胡萝卜削皮洗净。
  • 2.豆芽浸泡半小时后洗净沥干水份。
  • 3.菌菇洗净撕成细丝。
  • 4.黄瓜和胡萝卜切成细丝。
  • 5.锅中烧开水,加少许食用油和食盐。
  • 6.放绿豆芽烫熟。
  • 7.捞出沥干水份。
  • 8.平底锅中刷少许食用油,放入涂好油的模具加热后打入鸡蛋。
  • 9.脱模备用。
  • 10.至锅烧热油,下胡萝卜丝,加少许食盐翻炒至断生盛出备用。
  • 11.加少许食用油,下菌菇炒熟。
  • 12.卤好的牛板筋撕成细丝。
  • 13.2匙韩式拌饭酱加三匙雪碧。
  • 14.调成酱汁备用。
  • 15.砂锅刷一层薄薄的食用油,开火加热。
  • 16.倒入煮好的米饭,中小加热。
  • 17.米饭上面依次放入豆芽,黄瓜丝,胡萝卜丝,牛板筋,菌菇,中间放鸡蛋。
  • 18.淋上拌饭酱即可。
