  • 1.准备好食材:酸辣白菜半颗,五花肉一小块,韩式辣酱。要是买来的辣白菜,大袋的1袋即可。
  • 2.辣白菜切成粗条,大概1CM宽,叶子部分可以宽一些,辣白菜汁留下备用。
  • 3.五花肉切片,不要太薄,稍微厚点炒着香~另外肉肉微冻的时候最好切了^^!
  • 4.锅中倒入适量食用油,烧热。
  • 5.放入五花肉片,煸炒一下。
  • 6.放入辣白菜翻炒。
  • 7.放入辣白菜汁,炒至没有生味儿。
  • 8.半勺辣酱兑水调稀,辣酱多少根据前一步炒菜的咸淡,咸就再少放点辣酱。
  • 9.兑水辣酱倒入锅中,翻炒均匀。
  • 10.放入适量清水,中小火,稍微炖一下,至收汁儿即可。要是发现菜偏咸了,汤汁就不用收太多,可以稀释一下~
  • 11.最后盛盘,稍微点缀些香葱即可享用啦^^。
  • 12.配着石锅饭吃,很香哦~
