超廉价的营养素菜----【蒜香拌海带】
海带虽然特别特别便宜,但它的风味独特,食用方法也很多,凉拌、荤炒、煨汤等,无所不能,它的营养价值很高,富含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸以及碘等多种微量元素。它还是是一种碱性食品,如果经常食用会增加人体对钙的吸收。
而中医认为,海带性味咸寒,具有软坚散结、消痰平喘、通行利水、祛脂降压等功效;可治痈肿、宿食不消、小便不畅、咳喘、水肿、高血压等症。
海带在众多烹饪方法中,最为简便的就是清清爽爽凉拌,特别是在夏天,不但免去了油烟之苦,还特别的开胃、下饭。

  • 食盐2茶勺
  • 生抽3汤勺
  • 香醋3汤勺

Steps to make 超廉价的营养素菜----【蒜香拌海带】

  • 1.主要原料:海带、红椒、香菜。
  • 2.锅中烧开适量水,下入1茶勺的盐和少量的食用油,放入海带煮至再次开锅约2、3分钟。
  • 3.焯好水的海带捞出过一下凉白开稍沥水份,放入碗中,调入1茶勺盐、3汤勺生抽、3汤勺香醋和适量辣椒粉,以及少许鸡精拌匀。(我有时候也不过凉白开,煮好后捞出来直接拌,味道基本没什么差别,只是没过凉白开的,拌好立即吃的话,会微微的热,过了凉水的,吹起来就是冷的,依据个人所好而定)
  • 4.煮海带的时候把红椒洗净,取半个切成丝,蒜瓣拍碎、去皮,切成末。
  • 5.加入切好的红椒丝和蒜末,同时起锅烧热适量油至冒烟,舀起来浇在红椒丝和蒜末上。(红椒丝和蒜末放成堆,不然到处都是,这样浇油的时候浇在上面,会散发出很浓郁的香味)
  • 6.加入洗净切好的香菜段,拌匀即可。
