自制番茄酱

Steps to make 自制番茄酱

  • 1.番茄去皮切块,用料理机打成番茄汁。
  • 2.加入少午冰糖小火慢熬。
  • 3.中途搅拌以免粘锅,熬至浓稠。(我没搅拌也没粘锅)
  • 4.很浓稠时加入柠檬汁半个,熬至浓稠无水份即可。
  • 5.孩子说比买的好吃。
  • 6.薯条绝配。
