Steps to make 蛋包饭

  • 1.将小葱、胡萝卜和黄瓜切丁备用。
  • 2.不粘锅加入适量食用油,加入小葱爆香,加入胡萝卜煸炒片刻放入米饭翻炒均匀,加盐调味,最后加入黄瓜翻炒均匀,盛出备用。
  • 3.碗中加一勺淀粉两勺水搅打均匀,加入鸡蛋打散成蛋液备用。
  • 4.锅内用油刷刷一层油倒入蛋液,转动锅让蛋液尽量的均匀成圆形(一定要用小火)。
  • 5.蛋液微微凝固时放入炒好的米饭包好。
  • 6.装盘淋上番茄酱就可以开吃了。
  • 7.美味的蛋包饭。
