紫甘蓝肉松饭团
我女儿最喜欢吃寿司,平时经常会做给她吃,不过这种饭团还是第一次做,其实寿司和饭团真的没多大区别,可能最大的区别就是造型了,里面包了肉松,还是蛮好吃的。
这款饭团也可以做为野餐的便当,想想出去郊游的时候,带上几个这样的饭团作为主食,也是很不错的哦!

Steps to make 紫甘蓝肉松饭团

  • 1.准备好食材:蒸熟的米饭,紫甘蓝碎,火腿,肉松,小片海苔;
  • 2.将紫甘蓝碎倒入米饭中,加入寿司醋,寿司酱油,适量白糖和少量蛋黄酱一起搅拌;
  • 3.搅拌均匀备用;
  • 4.准备三角饭团模具,没有模具的话,也可以用保鲜膜按压出造型;
  • 5.先填上一半量的米饭,中间放上肉松和火腿,喜欢的话可以加入一些泡菜,丰富更口感;
  • 6.最上面再盖一层饭;
  • 7.用饭团模具盖紧压实;
  • 8.压好后取出盖子;
  • 9.倒扣脱模;
  • 10.用小片海苔包在饭团上;
  • 11.这样包好就可以了;
  • 12.早餐再搭配一杯草莓香蕉奶昔,和黄瓜条,能量满满,哈哈。
