  • 低筋面粉95克
  • 细砂糖65克
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 浓酸奶250克
  • 柠檬汁1克
  • 美仁枣7个

Steps to make 美仁枣蛋糕

  • 1.准备食材,酸奶提前发酵好,放冰箱冷藏一晚,浓稠细滑。
  • 2.将柠檬汁滴入蛋白中,分三次加入细砂糖,打发至硬性发泡。
  • 3.将蛋黄加入到浓酸奶中,拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋粉和玉米淀粉,拌至无颗粒状态。
  • 5.将蛋白糊与蛋黄糊切拌混合均匀。
  • 6.模具底部刷油或垫上油纸,将蛋糕糊倒入模具中,并震荡出大气泡。放入预热好的烤箱中下层,上下火160度,水浴法烘烤。总时长60分钟。
  • 7.将美仁枣的小包装去掉。我用的是现成的红枣夹核桃,如果没有,可以自己制作。
  • 8.烘烤10分钟后,打开烤箱,迅速摆入美仁枣。
  • 9.出炉后无需急着脱模,直接放在冷却架上冷却,放入冰箱冷藏后再吃,口感更佳哦!
