    Steps to make 韩流里的暖锅【辣白菜豆腐汤】

    • 1.主料:韩国辣白菜、北豆腐配料:青椒、红椒、香葱、金针菇调料:韩国辣椒酱
    • 2.青红椒、香葱改刀备用;
    • 3.辣白菜用剪刀剪成小段状;
    • 4.锅中加油,油温7成热时将青红椒、香葱入锅煸炒;
    • 5.炒出香味后,调入韩国辣椒酱,继续炒制;
    • 6.冲入清水,水开后转中小火慢炖;
    • 7.将豆腐块入锅一起炖制;
    • 8.炖制7-8分钟后,看汤汁有些粘稠了,将金针菇入锅再炖制1分钟即可。
