猪肉脯的做法(烤箱做蜜汁猪肉脯)
小时候最爱吃的猪肉脯,干干的有嚼劲,今天试做了一下,很成功~口味棒极了,也可以根据自己的喜好来调味,我就先做一个蜜汁猪肉脯,以后再找时间试一下其他口味的

  • 白糖1.5大勺
  • 老抽2大勺
  • 料酒2大勺
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 猪肉脯的做法(烤箱做蜜汁猪肉脯)

  • 1.用绞肉机将猪肉搅拌至细腻
  • 2.在猪肉馅内加入白糖
  • 3.加入2大勺料酒
  • 4.加入鸡精粉、盐和老抽
  • 5.慢慢分次加入清水,顺着一个方向使劲搅,再加入白芝麻,搅拌均匀
  • 6.在锡纸放上已经调好味的猪肉馅,用勺子的背面稍微摊开一下
  • 7.再在上面铺上一层保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀压,擀得越薄越好
  • 8.擀好之后将锡纸移至烤盘,将保鲜膜揭去
  • 9.表面刷上一层蜂蜜就可以放进烤箱开烤了,烤箱200度预热10分钟后,将其放入,先是用180度烤10分钟(烘烤的时间和温度仅作参考)
  • 10.取出后,用另一张锡纸盖在上面,将其反过来,揭去锡纸
  • 11.另一面也刷一层蜂蜜,撒上芝麻,放回烤箱180度烤8分钟,烤至两面的水份都烤干了,均烤成金黄色,即可出炉
  • 12.冷却后剪成合适的大小即可
