水果乳酪派
既有着蓝莓的香味又有着甜橙的软香,配上浓浓的芝士,香浓醇厚的味道无可比拟啊,这款特意改变了一些烘烤方式,让奶酪变得更加酥软香甜,口感更浓厚,味道更棒,

  • 奶油奶酪芝士100g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 低筋面粉10g
  • 40g
  • 白砂糖20g+5g
  • 果汁2大勺
  • 黄油70g
  • 2g

Steps to make 水果乳酪派

  • 1.把黄油切成小块,倒入低筋面粉、5g白砂糖、盐和水,搅拌均匀,
  • 2.倒在一张保鲜膜上,用保鲜膜把它们包起来,用力揉搓成团,
  • 3.把保鲜膜拿掉,这时候面团看起来很难看,
  • 4.把它擀开,向中间对折,
  • 5.再对折,
  • 6.继续擀开,重复以上动作五六遍,
  • 7.这个时候面团会很光滑,把它擀成4毫米左右厚的面片,
  • 8.放进派盘里,,多余的边我用蛋挞模做了几个,在底部用叉子叉出小气孔,放上重物,放进烤箱180度15min左右即可,
  • 9.在烤制期间我们可以来做馅,把奶油奶酪在室温内软化,用打蛋器打发至顺滑无颗粒,(还可以隔水加热软化,)
  • 10.加入白砂糖继续打发,
  • 11.把全蛋液分次加入奶酪里,每次搅拌均匀再加入下一次,次数分的越多越好打发,
  • 12.加入果汁,(我加的是蓝莓汁,也可以是其它果汁,)
  • 13.放入几片橙子,放入烤箱150度,25min左右,即可,
