  • 1.准备好大蒜和蓝莓,大蒜切碎,蓝莓捣碎滤出汁液备用。
  • 2.将大蒜碎,蓝莓汁,和韩式辣酱放入一个碗中,搅拌均匀成鳗鱼酱汁。
  • 3.鳗鱼洗净沥干。我买的是速冻处理好的,不用清理去骨什么的。
  • 4.烤箱预热至100度。将鳗鱼皮朝下放至在烤架上,并在下面放上一个用锡纸包裹的烤盘,方便清理。在鳗鱼上刷上米酒,将鳗鱼放入烤箱中烤5分钟。
  • 5.取出翻面,再刷上一层米酒,再放入烤箱烤5分钟。
  • 6.烤箱预热200度,将鳗鱼皮朝下,刷上鳗鱼酱汁,放入烤箱烤10分钟左右。
  • 7.将鳗鱼取出翻面,再刷上酱汁,放入烤箱继续烤10分钟。
  • 8.再翻面,刷上酱汁,撒上白芝麻,再烤5分钟。
