茄汁带鱼

Steps to make 茄汁带鱼

  • 1.准备好食材:如图。
  • 2.将带鱼处理干净,放姜,蒜,胡椒粉,五香粉,糖,盐,米酒拌匀腌制一会儿。
  • 3.脆皮炸粉放在盘中,将腌制好的带鱼沾上薄薄一层即可。
  • 4.锅中放油,五成热放入带鱼炸。
  • 5.炸至两面金黄。
  • 6.夹出来装盘。
  • 7.番茄洗净,划十字刀,放入热水中烫3分鐘,然后剥皮切丁。
  • 8.热锅放油,下番茄丁翻炒出茄汁。
  • 9.调点点盐和糖加少许水煮成浓稠酱汁(我买的番茄有点酸所以加点糖口感好些)。
  • 10.煮至如图即可。
  • 11.将茄汁淋在带鱼表面。
  • 12.洒上葱花点缀一下。
