酒酿果脯圆子

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.把除了枸杞葡萄干以外的果脯红枣去核切成丁。
  • 3.糯米粉加适量温水和成面团。
  • 4.搓成长条分成小剂子,团成圆子。
  • 5.锅中加水烧开,加入圆子煮至圆子漂在水面即成熟,捞出放凉水中,为了不黏连。
  • 6.锅中加水加入冰糖烧开至冰糖融化,加入果脯、枸杞、大枣、葡萄干煮两分钟。
  • 7.加入酒酿、圆子,烧开即可出锅。
  • 8.上桌了,香甜软糯。
