自从用了7年的这款比较老式,功能又不多的面包机罢工了.就好久没做面包.实在不想受那手揉面团出膜之辛苦.还好面包机修理了-下又能工作.一直都很喜欢椰味的各种食品.那就做道简单又喜欢的味道---椰蓉白糖小面包.

Steps to make 椰蓉白糖小面包

  • 1.食材备好.
  • 2.将高粉+糖+酵母+盐+蛋+牛奶全部放入面桶内,启动和面团程序20分钟后加入黄油.
  • 3.再次启动和面发酵程序.
  • 4.发酵好的面团分割成16小剂,滚圆松弛.
  • 5.放入铺油纸烤盘,二次进行发酵.
  • 6.发酵好后,表层刷融化的黄油.
  • 7.椰蓉+白糖混合好,撒在上面.
  • 8.烤箱预热,190度中层烤约18分钟.
  • 9.出烤箱晾凉即好.
