雪蛤烧仙草
这个夏天真的是太热了。立秋时想起了要贴秋膘,神啊,这秋膘真的是不敢贴,真是承受不起这油腻。咱还是做个清淡美容又滋补的美食吧。做的时候加入黄芪补充人的精神。

Steps to make 雪蛤烧仙草

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.把雪蛤放纯净水中浸泡。
  • 3.浸泡3小时后,撕去雪蛤上面的黑膜。然后再换水一次,加满。
  • 4.浸泡24个小时备用。
  • 5.用纯净水清洗一下。
  • 6.入砂锅中加和适量的纯净水,放入黄芪、冰糖大火烧开小火煲半个小时。
  • 7.仙草粉入碗中加入水和均匀(用筷子搅拌到里面的小疙瘩化开)。
  • 8.锅中入500ML的水烧开,入仙草粉拌匀。拌匀后连锅放到冷水中浸泡到成仙草冻(也可放冰箱冷藏)。
  • 9.把仙草冻切成小块碗中,加入烧好的雪蛤(去掉黄芪)。
  • 10.加入椰汁、蜜豆、枸杞拌匀。
