  • 细砂糖30克
  • 黄油50克
  • 八寸派盘1个

Steps to make 苹果派与苹果派皮的编织法

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.黄油室温软化用打蛋器打至蓬松
  • 3.加入糖粉和鸡蛋搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低粉拌匀
  • 5.揉成面团盖上保鲜膜醒30分钟
  • 6.苹果去皮切成丁状
  • 7.锅小火加热倒入黄油和糖
  • 8.搅拌至黄油和糖融化
  • 9.倒入苹果丁炒制变软
  • 10.苹果陷凉透备用
  • 11.派皮擀成厚薄适宜的大面片
  • 12.覆扣在派盘上去边按压均匀
  • 13.倒入凉透的苹果陷
  • 14.再擀一张厚薄适宜的大面片切成均匀的条状
  • 15.饼皮切条如图1铺好,如图2一根压下一根压上先编上第一根,把压下的根数如图3向上翻起 ,如图4放上一条 ,如图5把翻起的根数放下,如此重复直到编好整个
  • 16.均匀的刷上一层蛋液
  • 17.烤箱预约200度烤35分钟,香喷喷的苹果派出炉
