Steps to make 大肠包小肠

  • 1.糯米肠从中间切开
  • 2.不粘锅放油,放入糯米肠慢慢煎制
  • 3.香肠斜着切几刀,然后也放入不粘锅煎制至切口全部炸开,如图
  • 4.糯米肠一面煎制好了反过来,再煎制另一面,之后香肠也可以和糯米肠一起煎,喜欢吃皮好一点的可以煎制的时间长一点
  • 5.黄瓜擦丝备用
  • 6.这一步我忘记拍了!这一步就是将煎制好的香肠放到糯米肠上面,放入黄瓜丝,如果喜欢吃酱可以再抹点酱汁即可
