谁说这是瞎扯淡?谁又敢说这不是虾扯蛋?哈哈……中国的文字一准儿把老外弄懵**

  • 低粉150g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 泡打粉1/2小勺
  • 酱油1小勺
  • 味啉1小勺
  • 230g
  • 鹌鹑蛋10个左右
  • 10个左右
  • 葱花少许

Steps to make 虾扯蛋

  • 1.用面糊配料里所有配料加一起,调制好面糊。和做章鱼小丸子是一样的(可参照之前发的章鱼小丸子菜谱)。把虾处理干净留下虾尾,中间开背开透。
  • 2.把虾肉从洞里翻一下。
  • 3.都处理好后,加少许料酒和盐腌制十分钟。
  • 4.准备鹌鹑蛋和葱花。
  • 5.烧开水,把虾煮一下定型。
  • 6.控干水分备用。
  • 7.所有材料准备好了。
  • 8.章鱼丸子锅预热五分钟。
  • 9.每一个孔里刷油,全程小火。
  • 10.如果手法不熟练,建议先做中间四个,每个孔先倒入一半面糊,这个面糊的量我先做了一锅章鱼小丸子用了三分二,剩下三分之一的量就够了。
  • 11.把虾放上,虾尾向上。
  • 12.再打入鹌鹑蛋。
  • 13.加点葱花。
  • 14.定型后用长叉子左右侧翻。
  • 15.可以加千岛酱、沙拉酱、番茄酱、海苔碎、木鱼花各种调料。
  • 16.和章鱼小丸子一起,美美享用吧!不过要小心热量超标哦!
