  • 绵白糖45g
  • 玉米油40g
  • 牛奶60g
  • 淡奶油200g
  • 糖粉15g
  • 柠檬汁几滴

  • 草莓一颗
  • 蓝莓半盒
  • 芒果2个

Steps to make 【烟台】水果裸蛋糕

  • 1.将四个鸡蛋的蛋清和蛋黄分开放入料理盆中。
  • 2.蛋黄中加入十克绵白糖,牛奶,玉米油,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 4.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀,得到的是细腻的蛋黄面糊。
  • 5.蛋清中加入少许玉米淀粉和几滴柠檬汁。
  • 6.分三次把绵白糖加入到蛋清中,打成硬性发泡状态。提起打蛋器能拉出一个,坚挺的小尖角。
  • 7.取1/3的蛋白霜到蛋黄面糊中,翻拌均匀。
  • 8.将翻拌均匀的面糊再倒入到剩余的2/3的蛋白霜中,再次拌匀。
  • 9.将面糊倒入到法焙客四寸加高蛋糕模具中。
  • 10.将蛋糕取出来,平均分成三份。在蛋糕片上围一圈奶油,中间摆放自己喜欢的水果,再盖一片蛋糕片,再挤奶油摆放水果,摆放第三块蛋糕片。
  • 11.最顶层挤上奶油花,摆放自己喜欢的水果,最后撒薄薄的一层糖粉。
  • 12.美美的水果裸蛋糕就做好了。
