周末时又接到儿子信息,告诉这几天回来休息几天;放下手机就在想这次又要做点什么给那小子吃呢?前段时间因为拔了智齿还缝了4针,都以简单清淡稀软饮食为主,人也瘦了一大圈;这次回来得给好好补偿补偿哈;向是我们这个年纪,是人生中最受累的一段;自己即将迈上老年,而同时照着小的还要顾着老的;家中有好吃的也要给老妈送去一份啊~~~

  • 蚝油少许
  • 鱼露1汤匙
  • 料酒2汤匙
  • 食盐1小勺
  • 白糖1小勺

Steps to make 【台湾】炸香酥鸡排

  • 1.准备好鸡脯肉
  • 2.去筋膜洗净后用刀横剖成两片
  • 3.用刀背轻轻将鸡肉敲松散些
  • 4.碗中放入食盐、白糖、料酒、鱼露、蚝油和鸡粉调匀
  • 5.把敲过的鸡肉片、姜丝放入腌制2小时以上
  • 6.准备好鸡蛋液、面包糠和玉米淀粉
  • 7.取一片鸡肉二面裹上玉米淀粉后抖一抖
  • 8.然后放入鸡蛋液中两面浸湿
  • 9.再将二面均匀裹上面包糠
  • 10.葵花籽油加热至放几粒面包糠至油里,看周围泛小泡且能快速浮起表明油温即可
  • 11.放入鸡排炸至两面金黄,捞出沥净多余油脂
  • 12.吃时淋些番茄沙司味道更佳
