Steps to make 土豆珍珠肉丸

  • 1.糯米提前二十分钟泡好。
  • 2.瘦肉和土豆剁碎
  • 3.加入生抽、生姜末、料酒、盐、鸡精、料酒、少许生粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.浸泡糯米的水倒掉,将搅拌均匀的肉末捏成丸子在糯米中滚一圈,使肉丸表面都裹上糯米,装在盘子里。
  • 5.电压力锅中加适量水,放入不绣钢脚架。把装好肉丸的碗放入锅中隔水蒸15分钟左右即可享用了。
