         此糕点吃起来奶味香浓,红枣和土豆完美结合,吃后齿间留有红枣的余香,适合所有人食用~!
        龙皮糕是我为今年年宴制作的,明年是龙年嘛~!在老家一般是用莲子和红枣。我的家乡盛产湘莲,而且莲子有防癌抗癌、降血压、强心安神、滋养补虚、止遗涩精、清心、祛斑的功效;搭配上红枣,延颜益寿的功效更强。
    但考虑到各位朋友们家中一般很难有上等的正宗湘莲,超市卖的大多是成年旧货,很难煮发。所以我用土豆代替了莲子,方便大家随地取材,制作起来方便。制作出来的成品除了口感上没有莲子的香味,色泽没有莲子的乳白外,一样的很好吃啊。再说红枣同样也有延颜益寿的功效呀。





龙皮糕取名的由来:

    龙皮指的是春卷皮,蒸出来的春卷皮像蛇脱掉的那层皮。在古代,有人说蛇是龙在天庭犯了天条,玉帝就派人把它的手脚等全砍掉了并被贬下天庭,就变成蛇了,所以蛇没有四肢。 如此说来我把蛇皮说成龙皮不为过啦~!

    我用红枣和土豆搭配做蛇的肉。如果是用莲子的话,做出来的蛇肚子就是乳白色的,背上是红枣的暗红,更像蛇肉。

    Steps to make 延颜益寿——龙皮糕

    • 1.准备好原料和配料。
    • 2.家中有莲子的可以用莲子,放在高压锅隔水蒸熟压成泥即可。
    • 3.土豆去皮切成薄片,放在蒸锅内隔水蒸10分钟(时间得根据你切的片调整)。
    • 4.蒸土豆时,我们来处理红枣。红枣洗一下去掉核。
    • 5.把去核的红枣切成碎末。
    • 6.黄油放微波叮1分钟融化,因是冬天,室温很难化的。夏天可以室温融化。
    • 7.加适量黄油入红枣泥中,搅匀压紧,黄油不能加太多!
    • 8.把蒸好的土豆取出,压成泥,也加入适量黄油搅匀。我没另加糖,红枣本身有甜味,喜欢偏甜的可以再加点白糖。
    • 9.把春卷皮切成两块,取一小块,在上面放上红枣泥。再放上土豆泥,从边缘卷起翻过去,压紧即可。
    • 10.注意,我只用一层春卷皮,如果折叠后太多,可以把多余的剪掉。不要像卷寿司那样卷很多层。用同样的方法把剩余的料全做成卷。
    • 11.在装卷的盘子上均匀的抹上黄油,或者花生油。防止卷在蒸的时候粘盘子。把做好的卷放在盘子上,不要重叠,并排的话中间也要留空隙。防止蒸时皮粘在一起。
    • 12.做好的卷放在蒸锅内隔水蒸1分钟,注意要等水开了再上锅。
    • 13.蒸好的卷稍放凉后取出,轻轻的拿起一条,用剪刀剪成段码在盘子里,撒上芝麻点缀即可。
    • 14.剪的时候,剪刀要从红枣泥这边开始剪,土豆泥那边太软了,容易剪破。也可以等放凉点再剪,更容易。
