浓郁颗粒花生酱
从小就爱花生制品,尤其是花生酱,特别喜欢有花生颗粒的花生酱,总是背着爸妈偷偷打开盖子,用勺子挖着吃,屡教不改。我相信有同样回忆的小伙伴应该不少,哈哈哈,我坚信吃货们的童年总有一些相似的经历。所以在拿到破壁机的第一时间,我就开始了我的花生酱制作,目的是让自己从此吃上健康的花生酱,并且可以顺理成章用勺子挖着吃,哼哼!

Steps to make 浓郁颗粒花生酱

  • 1.花生洗净并浸泡1-2个小时
  • 2.用双手合十法搓掉一些容易去除的花生衣
  • 3.将花生放在锅中炒制出香,花生仁乱带焦黄(无需放油)
  • 4.将炒好的花生盛出,冷却到不烫手,把皮剥掉
  • 5.把油倒入锅子,加热
  • 6.将剥好皮的花生、油、糖、盐、水放入破壁机
  • 7.旋转到酱料程序
  • 8.启动机器,多试几次,油滑的花生酱就做好了
