自创百合莲子葛粉糕——狗盘子盛出的美食
葛根粉,又称葛粉,具有清凉下火,开胃下食,利尿解酒有特效,还可以补充氨基酸和微量元素,是日常保健的好帮手。

时值盛夏,又是采莲食莲的季节,今年莲子来得早,街头已有青嫩的莲篷上市,那年在杭州才知道新鲜莲篷是可以直接吃的。

鲜百合来自遥远的兰州,可以炒菜或做糖水,自从玉树震后,鲜百合的身价就高企不下。

莲子和百合都是健康食材,具有清润、安神,润肺的作用,葛根粉清热解毒,三者相合,做个简单的甜品,已是老少咸宜,利用葛根的淀粉性,加水泡开的浓度不同可以做成液态或半固态,随个人喜好,非常方便。

  • 枸杞数粒
  • 清水500-600ml
  • 砂糖30克

Steps to make 自创百合莲子葛粉糕——狗盘子盛出的美食

  • 1.主材一起亮相
  • 2.鲜百合,去蒂分瓣,洗净,沥水
  • 3.我用的是冷冻的鲜莲子,只需要解冻洗净就可以
  • 4.烧水滚开后先下莲子中火煮10分钟,再倒入百合,共煮10分钟,捞起备用
  • 5.百合较莲子易熟,不用时间太长,鲜莲子煮至心软就可以了,鲜莲子是粉粉的,因为想清热,故没有去掉莲心,也可以去掉莲心。另:莲心也有清热解毒的功效哦,稍苦
  • 6.500-600ml清水烧开,加糖都成糖水
  • 7.葛根粉倒碗内,用凉开水预先融化,再倒入糖水搅拌成半糕状
  • 8.倒入狗盘子,把莲子和百合放进去,上面放几粒枸杞,就可以了
