豆渣糖包
每次做豆浆的时候都剩下很多豆渣,扔了怪可惜的,毕竟豆渣里面的营养非常丰富,而且是非常好的粗粮,对肠胃不好或者需要减肥的人都有一定的作用,拿来做包子或者馒头既可以增加早餐的营养,又不会浪费粮食,可谓一举多得!

Steps to make 豆渣糖包

  • 1.榨完豆浆的豆渣一碟,估计100克左右,加入面粉3杯,酵母5克
  • 2.和成面团,在温暖处发酵到两倍大,大约40分钟
  • 3.发酵好的面团,搓成长条
  • 4.切成大小均匀的剂子
  • 5.包上适量的红糖馅
  • 6.做好的糖包,继续醒发20分钟
  • 7.上屉蒸15分钟,关火,5分钟后即可出锅
  • 8.成品图,很松软,加上甜甜的红糖馅很棒吧
