  • 5.搅拌均匀备用。
  • 6.平底锅烧热刷油,倒入适量的蛋液摊成蛋饼。
  • 7.趁表面蛋液没有凝固的时候,放入秋葵。
  • 8.然后卷起来。
  • 9.再倒入适量的蛋液。
  • 10.趁蛋液凝固之前再卷回去。
  • 11.重复操作直到蛋液卷完,再烙半分钟,烙至表面焦黄。
