  • 麦芽糖1大勺

Steps to make 冰皮月饼

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.莲子加清水煮烂。
  • 3.稍微放凉用料理机打成泥。
  • 4.加油,白糖炒干。
  • 5.再加人蔓越莓碎,椰蓉,麦芽糖拌匀冷藏待用。
  • 6.饼皮所有的原料加一起。
  • 7.拌匀,醒20分钟。
  • 8.上锅大火蒸20分钟左右。
  • 9.再将面团揉均匀,(我直接用面包机打了半小时),装保鲜袋冰箱冷藏2小时。
  • 10.饼皮,馅料分成相等份的小剂子。
  • 11.面皮上下垫上保鲜膜,压扁。
  • 12.包上馅料。
  • 13.再利用保鲜膜收口包好。
  • 14.裹上一次熟糯米粉。
  • 15.用模具压出形状。
  • 16.冰箱冷藏后口感更好。
