糖不甩
糖不甩又名如意果,是广东地区汉族传统名点,属于粤菜甜点。口感绝对是酥滑香甜、醒胃而不腻、味香四溢、老少咸宜。是汤圆的孪生兄弟,加姜汁特别祛寒正气。

"糖不甩"做法简易,直接把糯米粉煮熟,挪搓成粉丸,在铁锅中用滚热的糖浆煮熟,然后撒上碾碎的炒花生或熟芝麻伴食。

Steps to make 糖不甩

  • 1.糯米粉、澄粉和水混合;
  • 2.揉成光滑的糯米团;
  • 3.搓成均匀的小丸子,约16克左右,共11个;
  • 4.水烧开后,倒入糯米丸子,小丸子浮到水面后再煮2分钟;
  • 5.将糯米丸子盛出;
  • 6.糖浆制作:红糖和水倒入锅中;
  • 7.开中火慢慢将红糖融化,熬至成糖浆;
  • 8.将糖浆淋在糯米丸子上,撒上少许熟芝麻即可。
