油醪糟
油醪糟是重庆市著名的汉族小吃。用糯米制成醪糟坯,下油锅,加芝麻、桔饼、核桃仁、油酥花生仁、蜜枣、
白糖等稍煎,然后放入沸开水中煮沸即成。
特色是香甜不腻口,营养十分丰富。

Steps to make 油醪糟

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将花生仁放到干净的炒锅中小火炒香。
  • 3.将黑芝麻放到干净的炒锅中小火炒香。
  • 4.将核桃仁放到干净的炒锅中小火炒香。
  • 5.炒熟的花生仁用刀切碎,不要太碎,吃起来有口感。
  • 6.炒熟的核桃仁也同样切碎。
  • 7.黑芝麻用料理机打成粉。
  • 8.准备一些猪油。
  • 9.锅里放上适量的猪油。
  • 10.把花生碎、核桃碎倒进锅里翻炒香。
  • 11.将醪糟倒进锅里,和花生核桃一起翻炒均匀。
  • 12.加入红糖,一起拌匀至融化
  • 13.加入冰糖。翻炒融化
  • 14.最后将黑芝麻粉倒进去翻炒拌匀。
  • 15.枸杞提前泡水清洗干净。
  • 16.最后加入枸杞,搅拌均匀即可。
