  • 1. 准备好原材料;
  • 2. 鸡片加入盐、淀粉、料酒和少许油, 抓均匀腌制几分钟;
  • 3.烧锅开水,放入适量的盐和几滴油,下入芦笋和玉米笋焯一下;
  • 4. 捞出后再用清水冲一下;
  • 5.再烧热锅, 放少许油, 下入腌制好的鸡片翻炒;
  • 6.鸡片翻炒变色后下入红萝卜花一起翻炒;
  • 7. 再加入焯过水的芦笋和玉米笋翻炒;
  • 8. 最后倒入加了盐的水淀粉煮开勾薄芡即可;
  • 9.盛入盘中。
