自制辣白菜

  • 辣椒面50克
  • 虾酱10克
  • 明太鱼鱼籽酱50克

Steps to make 自制辣白菜

  • 1.白菜洗净后,撕成大块(半个巴掌大)。一边撕,一边往白菜上撒盐。我家没有大坛子,所以这样腌制。
  • 2.撕完后把白菜拌匀,然后用物压实。因为我加盐不是太多,一般要压24小时。(这不是整棵白菜,盐多了不好清洗。)
  • 3.白菜腌制24小时后会出很多水,白菜棒子发软掰不断就可以了。
  • 4.糯米面加水熬小火至成用勺子舀起来不断。
  • 5.姜切碎末,蒜捣碎。
  • 6.萝卜,苹果,梨,插丝,韭菜切段,姜末,蒜泥,放入糯米糊,加盐,糖,虾酱。
  • 7.虾酱不够,明太鱼鱼籽酱凑。
  • 8.加入辣椒面,一起拌匀。
  • 9.白菜挤水,用白菜水把装辣白菜的容器涮一下。
  • 10.把白菜放入辣酱糊里拌匀。
  • 11.把拌匀的辣白菜装到密封的容器里,7天以后就可以吃了。
