Steps to make 鱼生片 罗非鱼

  • 1.放血几分钟后将鱼肉片出。
  • 2.片出的鱼肉块用干净的吸水纸包起来(吸掉鱼肉的水分)。
  • 3.数分钟后把纸取出。
  • 4.将鱼块切成薄片。
  • 5.最后把所有配料切碎和调料搅拌均匀沾着吃。调料和配料任意搭配,按个人口味,芥末和日本酱油单独沾味道也不错。
