Steps to make 【广东】马蹄糕

  • 1.准备好食材,马蹄冼净去皮;
  • 2.马蹄切成小丁;
  • 3.马蹄粉倒入大碗里,加入150克清水;
  • 4.充分搅拌均匀,成马蹄粉浆;
  • 5.倒入切好的马蹄肉;
  • 6.黄片糖拍碎;
  • 7.奶锅加水200克,放入打碎的黄片糖;
  • 8.黄片糖加热至溶化,加入2小勺生马蹄粉浆,快速搅拌;
  • 9.熬到糖水浓稠时离火,立刻把糖浆倒入生马蹄浆中,边加边搅拌成半熟浆;
  • 10.把半熟浆倒入盘子里,入蒸锅大火蒸25分钟左右;
  • 11.上面加盖个盘了或锡纸,防止水滴落入。
  • 12.蒸熟的马蹄糕呈半透明状。
  • 13.晾凉后脱膜,摆盘,美美滴品尝!
