老红糖藜麦山药小米养生粥
晚上煮了藜麦小米山药老红糖粥,藜麦清香,加上古法红糖的味道有点奶香,味道出奇的好,虽然加了古法红糖味道不是很甜,刚刚能尝出一点甘甜的味道,但不是工业糖那种刺激的甜,所以喝了没有觉得嘴里酸酸的,也不会因加糖而胃酸,喝一口小米的软糯加上藜麦Q弹的口感,尝一口山药,煮得刚好,脆脆的,整个粥微微的甘甜、清香。想必过些时日,待天气转凉或在严冬加入大枣、桂圆更会驱走寒意,从头到脚变得暖暖的!

    藜麦小米山药老红糖粥有很好的保健作用,藜麦和小米都是碱性食物且容易消化,对脾胃无刺激,好消化。老红糖(古法红糖)具有健脾益气、补血等等的功效。山药也有健脾胃的功效,肠胃不好的人群应多食山药。辅料枸杞也可以补肾。所以这款养生粥有养脾胃、补气血、强肾的功效,中医常说一切疾病或是身体上的不舒服都来自脾胃,脾胃不好自然会这不舒服那不舒服,通过食疗的方式多吃对脾胃有利的食物,慢慢身体就会变得强壮。

  • 1.藜麦煮粥泡2小时以内,泡之前淘洗一下,洗掉灰尘粉尘 不要洗太久
  • 2.取一砂锅,先煮小米粥
  • 3.小米粥快煮好时加入泡好的藜麦
  • 4.藜麦不吃火 小火煮到都出芽了就好了,之后加入古法红糖
  • 5.加入古法红糖 一锅我加了3块,不要因为不甜加太多
  • 6.古法红糖熬化后加入山药
  • 7.最后加入些枸杞点缀即可。
