香葱火腿排包
香葱、火腿和沙拉酱的组合,绝对称的上是“最佳拍档”,无论在中餐还是西餐中运用的都很多;而我们家小伙子小时候从来不吃辛辣味食物,如葱姜、洋葱、韭菜等,做菜时我也是将葱姜尽量榨汁或是切的大大的,上桌前取出扔掉;让他吃葱姜不见姜;随着长大成人,特别是4年的大学生活,或多或少地改变了他原有一些口味,现在也已基本啥都吃了;所以我也就经常做些香葱火腿等咸口的面包做早餐,那小子自然也很满意了~~~

  • 食盐4克
  • 酵母6克
  • 黄油44克
  • 白糖60克
  • 鸡蛋106克
  • 牛奶170克
  • 椰浆188克
  • 低筋面粉140克
  • 高筋面粉420克
  • 全蛋液少许
  • 美式火腿3片

Steps to make 香葱火腿排包

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.将主料除黄油以外食材放入面包桶
  • 3.用筷子拌成絮絮状,静置10多钟启动揉面程序
  • 4.结束后加入软化黄油
  • 5.结束后面团的韧性很好
  • 6.搓圆放入面盆中
  • 7.送至烤箱发酵至2.5倍大
  • 8.火腿片切小粒 沙拉酱与香葱碎拌匀备用
  • 9.取出排气,按总量分割14等份(PS:另8份做了其它品种面包),搓圆盖膜松驰15分钟
  • 10.取一面团擀成长舌形
  • 11.翻面后压簿底边,按宽边自上向下卷起
  • 12.捏紧收口向下
  • 13.依次做好放入烤盘中送至烤箱发酵2倍大
  • 14.取出表面刷全蛋液,再撒上香葱火腿碎
  • 15.送入预热好的烤箱中层:上火180度、下火170度
  • 16.烤15分钟至表面金黄取出
  • 17.配一杯咖啡,尽情享受美味吧
