宅女版紫菜包饭
我是一枚标准的腐女,我很爱吃紫菜包饭,但是又闲买材料费事,所以就做了一款超级简单的紫菜包饭,
PS:爷爷奶奶出门了,家里只剩我,这些材料也是家里最后的了。如果你和我一样,那就来看看吧,(因为家里就剩这些了,家里超市进的亲们,可以放自己喜欢的料,我推荐:鸡肉,肉松,油菜,还有蛋皮  ~^_^~)。

    Steps to make 宅女版紫菜包饭

    • 1.胡萝卜切成条,稍微细一点,不喜欢胡萝卜太硬,用开水焯一下,开水下锅,40秒。
    • 2.黄瓜切条,用盐和醋腌,大约10分钟,不用担心盐放多了,因为盐都在醋里,所以不会太咸。
    • 3.焯好的胡萝卜用凉水冲凉,也要用盐和醋腌一下,10分钟哦。
    • 4.肠切条,看出来了吗?我这个是两种肠哦~~喜欢肠的童鞋们,就依个人喜好选择不同口味的香肠吧。
    • 5.所用的原料哦,那个盒子里面是辣酱哦。
    • 6.香喷喷的大米饭哦,一般用剩饭,如果没有,要记得把新做的米饭晾凉哦,米饭里加盐和醋,不要多放哦。喜欢的话,可以加芝麻。
    • 7.开始做啦,卷的时候,要往前推,不要把卷帘也卷进去~~~这个是上下都有紫菜的。
    • 8.再来个单张的。
    • 9.当当当~~~OK!辣酱依个人喜好添加就OK了。
    • 10.刀工不怎么样~~~~我的紫菜有点小,所以饭不敢多放。
    • 11.新鲜出炉。
