牛排生菜沙拉
夏天,厨房太热不想做饭,做了一份清爽,快手,有营养还可以减脂的牛排生菜沙拉。

  • 花生柿子黄6个
  • 洋葱1块
  • 黑椒酱1袋
  • 煎牛排油1袋
  • 沙拉酱少许

Steps to make 牛排生菜沙拉

  • 1.黑椒牛排1袋,生菜1棵,花生柿子黄6个,红6个,洋葱1块。
  • 2.把小柿子洗净切好,洋葱切小块,生菜洗净撕碎留几片叶子。
  • 3.牛排打开包装,1片牛肉,1包油,1包黑椒酱。
  • 4.准备好所有食材。
  • 5.用牛排里带的油,煎牛排非常合适,小火慢煎大约五分钟,两面都煎黄了就好了。
  • 6.切一切,简单摆盘,先放撕碎的生菜,然后摆上几片生菜叶,把小柿子洋葱随意撒在中间,把牛排放上。
  • 7.挤上牛排里带的黑椒酱,再挤上点沙拉酱就可以了。
  • 8.拌一拌就可以吃了,太美味了。
