Steps to make 西葫芦煎 (韩国乡色)

  • 1.我选的西葫芦比较大后来我又加了个鸡蛋正常2只鸡蛋足以。
  • 2.西葫芦切片,放入保鲜袋里,随即倒入面粉,拉紧袋口,摇晃西葫芦两面均匀粘上面粉,备用。
  • 3.鸡蛋两只筷子搅拌,加入适量葱花,少许白胡椒粉,两面粘好面粉的西葫芦用筷子蘸西葫芦同样两面裹上鸡蛋。
  • 4.锅热后放少量橄榄油(食用油也可以)煎至金黄翻个。
  • 5.煎至两面金黄取出放盘。
  • 6.外酥里嫩美味出炉喽!
