清蒸胡萝卜肉丸
隔三差五就会做一会的肉丸子。平常炒菜时放的肉孩子几乎不动筷子,把猪肉做成肉丸子,或蒸或红烧孩子却喜欢得不得了。加少许不太爱吃的胡萝卜成就了一顿可口的下饭菜。

Steps to make 清蒸胡萝卜肉丸

  • 1.猪肉加生姜和大葱剁成肉糜。
  • 2.放入少许生抽,胡椒粉腌制一会。
  • 3.加入胡萝卜碎。
  • 4.加少许淀粉。
  • 5.加适量盐、花生油和适量清水,顺一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 6.右手用不锈钢勺子舀起肉馅,在左手掌中摔打几下,再将肉馅团成圆形,放入盘中。
  • 7.高压锅大火上汽后,转小火十分钟即可。
