做个红润的美人------养血菊花包
在中国的草药书籍「本经」中记载到:红枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能。是脾胃虚弱、气血不足、倦怠无力、失眠等患者很好的保健品。所以说,红枣是一种很好的果品,特别适合女性食用。虽然价格也不贵,但绝对益处多多!
红米含有丰富的淀粉、植物蛋白质、和不同的微量元素,可补充消耗的体力及维持身体正常体温。它富含众多的营养素,其中以铁质最为丰富,故有补血及预防贫血的功效。而其内含丰富的磷,维生素A、B群,则能改善营养不良、夜盲症和脚气病等毛病;又能有效舒缓疲劳、精神不振和失眠等症状。所含的泛酸、维生素E、谷胱甘滕胺酸等物质,则有抑制致癌物质的作用。此外,红米具有升高血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL),提高机体抗氧化能力的作用,倍受女性的喜爱。

Steps to make 做个红润的美人------养血菊花包

  • 1.主要材料:红枣、红米、糯米。
  • 2.称量好面粉和酵母。
  • 3.10克白糖放入碗中,冲入适量开水拌匀,待变成温水时,加入酵母融化。
  • 4.酵母水缓缓加入面粉中,边加边搅拌成絮状。
  • 5.揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜发酵1小时。
  • 6.红米、糯米提前浸泡透,红枣洗净泡发。
  • 7.红米和糯米加入适量水入电饭锅煮熟。
  • 8.把红枣去掉核,切成红枣碎,在红米饭收好浆的时候倒入电饭锅中。
  • 9.煮好的红枣红米饭加入剩余的白糖拌匀,备用。
  • 10.发酵好的面团排气后揉成长条,分割成较均匀的剂子,取一份擀成圆形面片。
  • 11.取一份红枣馅料放在面片中间。
  • 12.在馅料的边缘切个“米”字形,把面片平均分成8等份。
  • 13.依次把每一小份面片捏拢。
  • 14.在案板上两手配合着捏拢所有的“花瓣”,然后拿在手上,用虎口进行整形、收口。
  • 15.做好的“菊花”包。(在最后聚拢“花瓣”的时候,用食指蘸少许清水在花瓣边缘轻轻抹一下,这样,在二次发酵的时候,“花瓣”就会粘合在一起,蒸熟后才不会散开)
  • 16.依次做好以后,2次发酵20分钟,在包子中间撒上少许切碎的枸杞,冷水入锅,水开以后继续蒸制约5分钟关火,焖上2分钟即可出锅。
  • 17.蒸熟的红枣菊花包。
