鸡蛋咖喱乌冬面
快手美食。咖喱块就是超市常见的日式咖喱块,至于水的用量看每个咖喱块背面包装的推荐用量即可。土豆是一定要的,否则汤汁不容易浓稠。因为这道菜是配面条吃的,所以汤汁不用收到像咖喱饭那么浓,稍微稀一点点就可以了。

Steps to make 鸡蛋咖喱乌冬面

  • 1.如图备料,各种蔬菜丁切的一厘米见方的小块即可。鸡蛋事先炒熟。
  • 2.起油锅,先下入洋葱加一点点食盐煸炒。
  • 3.然后下入大蒜和胡萝卜翻炒。
  • 4.加入适量的水,放入土豆,开大火煮。
  • 5.水开后,下入咖喱块,咖喱块放在勺子里一点点融掉,这样稀释的均匀并且不容易结块。
  • 6.炖煮到10分钟左右下入炒好的鸡蛋,然后再继续炖煮到汤汁浓稠即可
  • 7.乌冬面我买的是超市包装好的,拿回来开水锅里烫一下,散开后再煮两三分钟就可以了。然后浇上咖喱,撒上葱花和芝麻就可以吃了。
