  • 8.揉成光滑的面团,分成15份剂子,搓圆备用,青团皮就做好了。
  • 9.取一个面团,用掌心压扁,放入鲜奶馅包圆。
  • 10.蒸笼里刷一层油,放入包好的青团。
  • 11.水烧开后再上锅蒸12分钟。
  • 12.出锅后在青团表面刷一层植物油。
  • 13. 放凉后用保鲜膜包起来即可。
