  • 1.带子解冻,洗干净,沥干水份。
  • 2.粉丝泡软。
  • 3.蒜剁末。

  • 5.放入黑椒汁,豆豉酱,生抽,糖和少量水拌匀煮开
  • 6.粉丝放开水里烫至透明,捞起。
  • 7.把一半酱汁放入粉丝里。
  • 8.拌匀。
  • 9.放上带子。
  • 10.浇上酱汁。
  • 11.放入开水锅大火蒸6分钟。
  • 12.小葱切葱花。
  • 13.把葱撒上,关火焖2分钟出锅。
  • 14.鲜美又好吃。
