夹心玉米饼
这是一款冷热皆宜的早餐饼,头天做好,早上,想吃热的只需用煎锅少微煎一下加热就好,凉着吃一样酥松可口。

  • 鸡蛋1.5个
  • 香蕉1根
  • 酵母粉2.5克
  • 白糖50克
  • 食用油20克
  • 沸水80克

Steps to make 夹心玉米饼

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.细玉米面放入盆中,倒入沸水边倒边用筷子搅拌均匀。
  • 3.面粉和酵母粉加入玉米面中略微搅拌几下,然后倒入打散的鸡蛋和食用油,搅拌均匀(看情况需不需要加水,如太软了就加点面粉)
  • 4.和成软硬适中的面团,用保鲜膜盖住,醒发20—30分钟。
  • 5.香蕉切0.5厘米的片,放入碗中加入糖拌匀。
  • 6.将醒发好的面团擀成0.3厘米的长方形,在一半的上面铺上香蕉片。
  • 7.用另一半面片对折过来,稍微用力按压一下,用叉子扎些小孔(扎到底层)
  • 8.切块摆入烤盘中,薄薄的刷一层鸡蛋液,放入提前预热的烤箱中,中层,上下火165度—170度,烤12—15分钟左右。
  • 9.成品。
