Steps to make 全麦海苔酥条

  • 1.备齐所需用料,普通面团:全麦面粉150g,玉米油25g,水60g,小苏打1g、盐1g,酵母粉2g油酥面团:全麦面粉50g,玉米油30g,盐1g,海苔1片,黑芝麻5g
  • 2.普通面团所需食材的混合,拌合成面团,盖上保鲜膜发酵1小时;
  • 3.紫菜剪成碎末待用;
  • 4.油酥面团所需的食材混合,拌和均匀;
  • 5.发酵好的普通面团,排出空气后,盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟左右;
  • 6.松弛好的普通面团,擀成片状,油酥面团也同时擀开,放在面团的中间部位铺平;
  • 7.左右折叠,继续擀,继续折叠,来回重复三次,最后擀成约小指厚的面片;
  • 8.擀好后的面片切去边缘不整齐的部分,用叉子在表面均匀的叉上小孔;
  • 9.切成约1指宽的长条,整齐摆放在烤盘上;烤箱温度165度,时间18分钟,预热后,放入烤盘即可。
