日式炸对虾棒
一直很喜欢吃虾,所以看到任何虾子的做法都想试试。

Steps to make 日式炸对虾棒

  • 1.准备少许虾,我准备的是家里冷冻保存的大对虾。
  • 2.将对虾去头、去壳、去虾线,留尾巴。
  • 3.处理好的虾肉放入料酒、盐 、鸡精、胡椒粉腌制10分钟左右入味。
  • 4.把虾子裹上一层干面粉。
  • 5.然后裹上一层鸡蛋液。
  • 6.最后裹上一层面包糠。
  • 7.平底锅放入一定量的油,中火炸至两面金黄就好。
